What can I expect?
This commercial training combines commercial knowledge and gastronomic service in an ideal way. At the beginning of the training the focus is on preparation and presentation of food and drinks as well as service. The subjects bookkeeping, staff planning, stocktaking and merchandise management round off the training with regards to the commercial aspect of the gastronomy field.

What happens when I have completed the training?
Good trainees, who have proven themselves in the theoretical and practical aspects of the training, generally have good chances of getting a permanent position with Karstadt. If you have very good final marks in the training, the course for your career is already set!
