During your training you will already look after customers from the initial contact to booking their dream holiday in different countries and cities. Moreover, you will learn to answer questions about laws and regulations regarding customs, foreign currencies, insurance issues and passports.

What happens when I have completed the training?
Good trainees, who have proven themselves in the theoretical and practical aspects of the training, generally have good chances of getting a permanent position with Karstadt. If you get very good final marks in the training, the course for your career is already set!
