What can I expect?
The customer is the absolute focus of any work in the retail trade. Therefore soon after the training has begun, our trainees will take over responsibility for small product areas. Advice and service, the attractive presentation of products and securing the flow of goods make the work very varied. Parallel to the training we will offer you specific instruction in the areas product knowledge, visual merchandising and merchandise management.

What happens when I have completed the training?
Good trainees, who have proven themselves in the theoretical and practical aspects of the training, generally have good chances of getting a permanent position with Karstadt. If you get very good final marks in the training, the course for your career in sales is already set!
