What can I expect?
Your work will focus on our in-house customers - the clients! Therefore customer service and quality management are part of the many subjects covered in your training. You will design alterations and extensions of our technical systems, monitor work of service providers and install machines as well as drive systems. In seminars which are run parallel to the job training you will be taught the special requirements of your trade.

What happens when I have completed the training?
Good trainees, who have proven themselves in the theoretical and practical aspects of the training, generally have good chances of getting a permanent position with Karstadt.
